By accessing or purchasing from this website ("the site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility to purchase

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method belongs to you.

3. Products

We do our best to display product colours, scents, and packaging accurately, but minor variation between batches is normal for natural-fibre products. Product images are representative — slight cosmetic differences in the packaging do not qualify for refund.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change pricing, promotions, or product availability at any time without notice. Orders are charged at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely by third-party payment providers — we never store your card details.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full within 5 business days.

7. Returns and refunds

See our Return & Refund Policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened cases only.

10. Health and skin

TokyoSkinCo is a cosmetic blotting paper for external use only. While our products are formulated for general skin types, we recommend patch-testing if you have sensitive skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition. If you have specific concerns, consult a qualified dermatologist.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokyoSkinCo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TokyoSkinCo is established. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
