Worldwide Shipping

We ship TokyoSkinCo to customers around the world. Below are the standard rates and timelines — actual delivery times can vary slightly with carrier and customs.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery times

United States	5–10 business days after dispatch
Canada, UK, EU, Australia	7–14 business days
Rest of world	10–21 business days

Times above are estimates only. Customs clearance, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally extend delivery.

Shipping rates

• Free worldwide shipping on orders over $45 (or local-currency equivalent).
• Standard shipping under $45: starting from $4.95 (final rate calculated at checkout based on destination).

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on the way. Please allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for the tracking page to update.

Customs, duties and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no way to predict these charges and cannot reimburse them.

Wrong address or missed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you enter the wrong address, contact us within 6 hours of ordering — we may be able to update it before dispatch. After dispatch, address changes are at the carrier's discretion. Parcels returned to us due to incorrect addresses can be re-shipped at the customer's expense.

Lost or stuck parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, email hello@tokyoskin.co with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either re-send or refund if confirmed lost.
