We stand by TokyoSkinCo so confidently that we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every order. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund you in full — subject to the conditions below.

What qualifies for a refund

  • The case must be unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must contact us at hello@tokyoskin.co before sending anything back.

What does not qualify

  • Cases that have been opened, used, or had any sheets removed.
  • Cases returned without prior approval from our team.
  • Bundle items returned partially — full bundles must be returned together.
  • Free promotional or gift items.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@tokyoskin.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the address to ship to.
  3. Pack the unopened case securely in its original packaging and post it back.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service — we cannot refund items lost in return transit.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@tokyoskin.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund including shipping.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most banks display the refund within 5–10 business days of approval. International cards may take longer depending on your bank.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer — pending transactions often take time to clear. If you still need help, email us.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country.
